Our Staff

Meet the Payroll Professionals that handle your payroll with the outmost care. At AccuPay we have an excellent group of people on-board that is ready to handle your payroll and HR needs. Check out each of our team member’s history and experience.

Specialists:

Jill- is our new client specialist and training guru. Jill specializes in training clients on PlatinumPay, PlatinumHR and ESS (Employee Self Serve). Ultimately, Jill makes sure that everything is in place and just the way the client requested it before their first payroll run. She has been with our payroll service since early 2000 and clients respect her commitment to provide the best service in the payroll industry. If you’ve had the pleasure of working with Jill, you know that you can depend on her to get the job done. On her personal time, Jill enjoys reading, bowling, watching movies and spending time with her family.

Gina– if you are looking to make your life even EASIER by adding one of our PHENOMENAL timekeeping solutions, Gina will be your favorite contact person. Gina is an expert in our Timekeeping solutions and can help you determine what time solution is just right for your Company. Gina was born in California and moved to central Missouri as a child. In her free time, Gina enjoys spending time with her niece and nephews. One of her very interesting hobbies is genealogy. Gina has been tracing her father’s family for four generations. So far her research has led her to Spain.

Terri– has been with us since August 2006. Terri has over 20 years in the payroll field with most of that experience working in a payroll service bureau. She obtained her CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification from The American Payroll Association in fall of 2005. Terri currently works with our larger clients that typically have more specialized needs and also assists in new company setups and working with General Ledger setups. In her time off she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Courtney and Sierra and her husband Chris. They enjoy boating and swimming at the Lake of the Ozarks when they can get away. Scrap-booking and shopping are other past time activities she can be found doing.

Jennifer– joined our team in mid February 2010. She brings with her 9 years of payroll and Human Resource knowledge. Jennifer worked at a warehouse in the St. Louis area where was born and raised. Her experience includes DOT regulation, safety, bargaining unit management, FMLA and COBRA. Jennifer is working out of our growing Chesterfield, MO office, we welcomed her with open arms and she has jumped right in. She is a great addition to our fabulous team! On her time she enjoys spending time with her children, reading, scrapbooking, being outdoors and shopping.

Dawn- is the newest member of our staff joining us earlier in 2011 but she is far from being new in the payroll field, bringing with her 10 years of payroll experience working in medical and construction environments.  Dawn’s outgoing personality and want to help attitude just proves she is a good addition to our AccuPay APS team.  In Dawn’s time off she enjoys spending time with family, fishing & camping, boating and clay shooting.  During football season you will find Dawn at Adkins Stadium rooting for her son and the JC Jays.

 

Packaging/Receptionist

Brandy is fairly new to our team joining us late in 2010.  Brandy is the friendly, smiling voice you hear first on the phone when you call in.  Brandy’s priority is making sure that each client gets their payroll packaged and delivered to their specification. But of course her work doesn’t stop there, Brandy can be counted on to help out with whatever tasks are on hand.  Brandy enjoys reading, camping, fishing and spending time outdoors.  She loves spending time with her husband and daughter; they are enthusiastic fans of football, basketball and hockey – especially when their daughter is out on the ice making the goals!

 

Delivery

Jim– for those of you in the St. Louis area, will likely have the pleasure of meeting our friendly Driver Jim. Jim is in charge of delivery throughout the St. Louis metro area. His knowledge of how to organize delivery and get everyone their payroll on time is a true tribute on how to survive St. Louis traffic. After hours you might find Jim on the dance floor!

 

Accounting

Meghan– is our Jack of all trades. She started with us as a Payroll Specialist and now manages our Accounting Office. Meghan also aids in payroll software training and creating special requested reports using Crystal software. Meghan loves to problem-solve when issues arise. She has been with us since January 2004 and has a combined 13 years of accounting and payroll experience. She recently graduated from college in December 2008 receiving her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a triple major in Accounting, Financial Services and Management. Meghan enjoys spending her free time with her daughters, her husband and their boxer. Their family is also big Chicago Cubs fans.

 

Operations

Pam– started with us July 2002. Pam manages the every day task of making sure things run smoothly. She handles whatever special issues arise with her unique calmness and expertise. Pam has been doing payroll for over 30 years (she says she started at a VERY young age) and achieved the status of CPP with the American Payroll Association for the second time in 2006. Pam was born and raised in Illinois but spent several years in the St. Louis area before moving to a farm in the Loose Creek, MO area with her husband, Vince. Pam enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, family & friends and just loving life in general.

 

Sales

Elizabeth- Has been a part of the AccuPay team since June of 2010. Starting out as a part of the telemarketing team and setting appointments for potential clients in the St. Louis area, Elizabeth takes a very honest approach as she ensures all potential clients are provided with accurate information that they may need to make a smooth transition with AccuPay. Building relationships, keeping in touch with all current clients, and being available to assist my clients will be key to success.  Elizabeth studied at Southeast Missouri State University with a concentration in management and organizational leadership and just returned from a semester abroad in Dublin, Ireland last fall, where she was able to travel to 16 countries in just a matter of four months. In her spare time Elizabeth loves to travel, hike, snowboard and spend time with family and friends at her place at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Grant – has been a part of the AccuPay APS team since 2010. After graduating from Parkway North, Grant attended The University of Oklahoma where he received his BBA, majoring in both Economics and Finance.  After 10+ years selling to business owners and corporations in the finance/insurance field Grant understands the many obstacles companies face today.  He enjoys weightlifting and mixed martial arts.  And, if he's not at work or at a gym you can find him soaking up the sun at The Lake of the Ozarks.

Zach – is always wearing a smile, this shows his genuine desire to make honest and true connections with people, making sure that helping them with their payroll needs is his top priority.  Zach started as a telemarketer with the AccuPay APS team in 2010 not long after he graduated from UMSL in 2009 with a Bachelors Degree in Business.  Zach’s resume might not be long but his drive to excel in helping clients outweighs his experience by pounds unlimited.  In his free time Zach likes to play golf, ride his motorcycle, play drums, and hang out with friends.

 

Final Answer Dept

Reta- Every firm has a decision maker. It doesn’t matter what you call that position, but it is the one person who pulls it all together and guides the team. She is chief executive officer and an owner of AccuPay APS LLC. Reta has been working in payroll more years then she will admit and started the AccuPay Payroll Service from scratch. She has been responsible for putting together user groups of payroll software, attending payroll certification training, and anything else she could get her hands on to better understand the payroll field. She is widely respected in the payroll field and is a member of several national groups; IPPA, TPG and APA. When she gets a few extra minutes she can be found on her farm near Linn, MO.  Don’t try to find her though because she takes her paddleboat out to the island in the middle of the lake on their farm and sits in the gazebo reading a good book.
