Platinum Log In Instructions

Getting started using PlatinumPay

Download printer.exe and run this program to any local computer which you will be printing from while using PlatinumPay.

Once you downloaded and run the above file...

Windows XP desktop go to (if not on Windows XP see below)

Programs > Accessories > Communications > Remote Desktop Connection

At the Remote Desktop Connection screen

Click on options then Local Resources

Under Local Devices make sure the following are checked

  • Disk Drives
  • Printers

Double click onto options to go back to main screen connection

  1. Put in IP Address 216.106.81.132
  2. Click onto connect
  3. Enter user name: 700-7500-AccuPayAPS
  4. Enter password: Accpay1

Once in Terminal Server you will see the icon for PlatinumPay (your payroll software)

  1. Double click onto PlatinumPay icon to open
  2. Location: 700
  3. User ID: 7500-AccuPayAPS
  4. Password: Acc026

If not on Windows XP go to the following website

Download msrdpccli.exe to your desktop

When you are done and want to log off Terminal Server go to Start at bottom and log-off.
